Edward P. Joyce  |  President + Project Manager

Edward began his career in construction 40 years ago in Pittsburgh, PA at the age of 17.  He is a results-driven professional who is a staunch advocate of blending tried-and-true building methods alongside of emerging construction technologies.

His attention to detail, ever-expanding knowledge base, and vision has helped innumerable clients achieve the tangible realization of their vision.

Having strived for progressive responsibility throughout his career, Edward has acted as on-site project manager and superintendent on builds of varying scopes and budgets and is intrinsically familiar with the comprehensive construction process.

He recently finished work for the Pittsburgh Public School System with the completion of its 20.4 million premiere Homewood Elementary as Project Manager/Superintendent for AG Cullen in Pittsburgh (CLICK HERE to learn more from the Pittsburgh Post Gazette).

Barbara Joyce  |  Vice President

Barbara is better known as “The Voice of CITADEL.”  

She has stood at the helm of a construction office for the past two decades and is the primary point of contact for all CITADEL Clients.

Barbara handles day-to-day internal operations for CITADEL—which includes all requirements for construction projects as well as financial and human resource management.

In addition to her talents governing the every-day activities of a busy construction office, she also is able to assist the team by way of her talents with reading drawings/prints and spec manuals.

Barbara’s presence offers CITADEL Clients a great measure of comfort and confidence through her all-encompassing abilities—from preparing OSHA Safety Programs, to accounting, to contracts, to change orders and requisitions.

As Vice President and Office Manager for CITADEL, Barbara hopes to be a constant beacon of guidance for all those who contact our offices and work in tandem with CITADEL.

Steven Wilson  |  Director of Construction + Design Operations

Steven began his career with CITADEL as a consultant in our formative stages.  Instrumental in helping form our firm’s foundation, he now handles operations for CITADEL full time.

A stickler for unmitigated efficiency, Steven also is skilled in personnel management and adds additional experience in the areas of Employee Relations, Human Resources, Project Scheduling, and Customer/Client Relations.

 

A native of Pennsylvania, Steven is a 1998 graduate from the University of Pittsburgh having earned a Bachelors in Communication and provides eighteen years of post-graduate analytical oversight and management experience to the CITADEL TEAM.
